How do I order prints?
Once your gallery is delivered, you can download your images directly from your client gallery and order prints in the way that works best for you.
You have two options:
- Order professional-quality prints directly through your online gallery, or
- Download your images and print them anywhere you choose
All sessions include full printing rights, giving you complete freedom to print, share, and enjoy your photos.
How many pictures will we receive?
The number of images delivered is based on your session type or wedding collection. Every gallery includes professionally edited, high-resolution digital images.
Weddings/Events:
An average of 50 edited images per hour of coverage.
(Total image count varies based on your wedding collection)
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. I guarantee both the quality and quantity of images outlined in your selected session or wedding collection.
Every gallery is thoughtfully curated to include the strongest, most meaningful images — the moments that best tell your story with honesty, emotion, and care.
When will we receive our photos?
Your full online gallery of high-resolution, professionally edited images will typically be delivered within two weeks of your session. In many cases, galleries are delivered sooner, depending on the season and volume of sessions.
Each image is carefully edited and curated to ensure your gallery reflects your story beautifully.
Wardrobe recomendations?
Choosing what to wear can make a big difference in the overall feel of your photos. Soft, neutral tones and natural textures photograph beautifully and help keep the focus on connection and emotion.
Recommended colors & styles:
- Earth tones such as whites, beiges, browns, black, rust, and sage green
- Soft, flowy dresses and relaxed silhouettes
- Simple layers and natural textures
Footwear & accessories:
- Choose footwear that is comfortable, seasonally and location appropriate. Avoid bright or neon colors — soft, blended tones photograph best and keep the focus on connection rather than clothing.
- Coordinated, textured wraps or blankets for families and newborn sessions
Above all, wear something you feel comfortable and confident in — when you feel at ease, it shows in your photos.
Where are you based and do you travel?
At Ease Photography is based in Baltimore, Ohio on a beautiful private 13-acre estate. We also proudly serve Columbus and surrounding areas.
Yes — I LOVE to travel. Travel is available for weddings anywhere around the world and sessions outside of the local area. Additional travel fees may apply depending on location and distance. Please reach out for a custom quote, and I’ll be happy to provide details.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. At Ease Photography is a woman-owned, veteran small business, and supporting our soldiers and veterans is something we truly value.
Available discounts include:
- Veterans Day Mini Session — A complimentary mini session offered each November in honor of Veterans Day.
-Returning Clients — $50 off 60-90 minute Sessions and Weddings as a thank-you for coming back.
Please note: discounts do not apply to Seasonal Mini Sessions.
How do I remove Company Logo from my photo?
When ordering prints directly through the At Ease Photography website store, the logo will not appear on any printed products.
